Recording Studio
Rates: $175 – 3 Hour Time Block Minimum
Time Reservation is First Come First Serve
Comfortable, private studio available for individuals or groups up to 15. Drumset and/or amps can be provided upon request.
Professional Engineer & Producer provided.

Rehearsal Space
Rates: $25-$30/Hour – 2 Hour Minimum
Large, comfortable, and private space for your
small or large group needs – Private Parking
We can provide a full drumset and/or PA system
Reserved time begins ON TIME and ends ON TIME and additional time will be billed following the completion of use of the space.

50% Deposit Required to Reserve Time – Paid up Front for 1st Time Reservations
Subsequent reservations require 50% Deposit or Major Credit Card on File to
hold reserved date and time.
24 Hours Notice Required to cancel reservation
or Deposit will be forfeited
Full Balance of reservation due at time of Check in
Any additional charges are billed at end of reservation.
